Charlie Anderson is an Industrial specialist in the Doherty Houston Group at Marcus & Millichap. Prior to joining DHIG, Charlie started a landscaping business to pay his way through his education at Texas Tech University. Upon earning his degree in landscape architecture, he decided to apply the focus and skillsets he developed by operating his own company to find and develop opportunities in the commercial real estate investment sales market. For Charlie, the most meaningful take-aways from owning his own business are his entrepreneurial spirit, as well as the values of communication, integrity and accountability.
During his off time, Charlie enjoys being with his wife and daughter doing activities such as hunting, fishing, hiking, kayaking and just relaxing on the beach.
