Mr. Wagandt provides global transaction management services, portfolio analysis and performance benchmarking for multinational clients and specializes in executing assignments in international markets. Mr. Wagandt has completed office transactions in over 30 countries and throughout North America.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he worked for MMA Financial, preparing valuation models for a $1.5 billion tax-exempt bond portfolio and analyzing properties for asset management at this Baltimore-based leader in multifamily financing. Before that, he served on the Undergraduate Admissions Committee as Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Vanderbilt University.
