C.J. Swanson is an agent specializing in senior housing who joined The Multifamily Group (TMG) in 2022. With great experience managing senior housing properties, C.J. has gained first-hand knowledge of each major market, which gives him a unique perspective on the changing trends across the multifamily industry.
Before joining TMG, C.J. spent over a decade learning about the problems and solutions of the senior housing sector. He also co-collaborated on the Get a Shot Give a Shot® Walgreens campaign and subsequently pitched concepts to Apple Inc., Viacom, and Disney to increase consumer loyalty within the aging population. C.J. has previously worked in private equity for Hurst Holdings, a firm that specializes in acquiring senior housing, multifamily, automotive companies, and restaurants in North America and Asia.
In his free time, C.J. enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to vibrant cities, attending conferences, art shows, and going to the movie theater.
