Charles Spry is a Senior Associate with TCC’s MidAtlantic office and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, Charles works on all facets of the office’s residential and industrial developments in North Carolina, where he is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and originating ground-up development and value-add investment opportunities. Charles is also engaged in market analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, capital structuring, leasing, and asset dispositions.
Charles holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School with a focus in real estate development.
