Chuck Rudis is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He currently serves as the esteemed leader of Commercial Real Estate at RE/MAX 200 Winter Park and RE/MAX Town and Country Winter Springs, a position he has held since September 2015. Prior to this, Chuck co-owned Coldwell Banker Commercial Al Croup from 2004 to 2015.
Chuck's extensive knowledge and expertise are recognized through his memberships in reputable organizations such as CCIM, ORRA, and ICSC, where he maintains good standing. Over the past two decades in Central Florida, Chuck has successfully completed over $200,000,000 in transactions encompassing commercial real estate sales, leases, business opportunities, developments, and build-to-suit construction projects.
His dedication to community engagement is evident through his involvement with the Deland Area Chamber of Commerce, where he served as Treasurer on the board and executive committee for three years. During his tenure, Chuck played a vital role in reorganizing the financial reporting and asset structure of the chamber, implementing cost-effective solutions that ensured its profitability. Notably, he spearheaded the sale of the chamber building, enabling relocation with substantial savings.
Chuck's commitment to the advancement of the commercial real estate sector extends to his active participation in CFCAR, the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors. He served four years on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, with two terms as Vice President of Operations. As a graduate of the Winter Park Leadership Program, Class 27, Chuck possesses a well-rounded skill set that encompasses leadership and strategic decision-making.
His professional affiliations include membership in both the national CCIM Institute and the Central Florida Chapter, as well as long-standing membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2002. Previously, Chuck was a member of BBF and FBBA-Business Brokers of Florida.
Originally from Chicago, Chuck has embraced Central Florida as his home for the past 24 years. During his leisure time, he enjoys pursuing his passions for fishing, boating, golfing, and, of course, conducting business in the dynamic field of commercial real estate.
