Charles is a native of Greenville and graduated from the University of South Carolina. He is a licensed real estate broker with a focus on land sales. Charles has completed the Quality Deer Management Association's Deer Steward I and II programs. He also completed the Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service's Master Wildlife Program I and II and is a Master Tree Farmer. Charles is a member of NWTF, Trout Unlimited, the Coastal Conservation Association and QDMA. In addition to hunting, he is an avid fresh and saltwater fly fisherman.
