Charles is the husband of Rebecca Lams and the father of Ellie, Sam, Fenney, and Andy. He shares his home with two dogs, a cat, a hamster, and a hermit crab. Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, specifically the Leiper’s Fork area, Charles holds dual nationality of the United States and England. He earned a Master of Science degree in Aviation Systems from the University of Tennessee Space Institute and has been a licensed pilot since 2006. Additionally, Charles obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology and Oceanography from the University of North Wales, Britain. He is an active member of various realtor associations including the Williamson County Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Charles is also a member of Grace Community Church.
