Mr. Konas joined MAA in December 2016 following the merger with Post Properties, Inc. Prior to joining Post in 2004, he was senior vice president of Carter & Associates, a regional full-service real estate firm.
Mr. Konas is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Civil Engineering, and holds a BS in Physics from Guildford College. He is LEED certified and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
