Charles “Chuck” Klinkhammer is a Senior Associate with Paramount Lodging Advisors in the Fargo, North Dakota office, focusing on the hotel markets in the upper Midwest, including North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota.
Chuck has been in the Hospitality Industry for over 45 years, spending the last ten years focusing on hotel disposition and acquisitions, including REO properties in the upper Midwest. During that time, Charles’s transactions total over 12MM.
Before Hotel Brokerage, Chuck owned Comfort Suites, Comfort Inns, and Super 8’s. Chucks’ company developed, syndicated, financed, constructed, and managed the properties for his partners. Chuck worked for Super 8 Inc. doing feasibility studies for corporate properties. He started working with the family business by assisting in franchising, developing, and constructing sixteen motels.
