Bio
Charles Berger joined CBRE’s Tri-State Investment Properties group in 2006, and quickly became the top performing member having already been involved with transactions in excess of $3 billion. Mr. Berger specializes in advising real estate investors in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family, retail, office, industrial and development properties. Mr. Berger continues to build his base of long term clients who turn to him for on-going real estate advice and successful sales results which is a testament to his dedication to service.
Charles is following in the successful footsteps of his father, Al Berger, who managed the New Jersey and Pennsylvania brokerage operations of Helmsley Spear commercial real estate.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Berger worked in the finance industry with JPMorgan Chase and was then involved with a $5 billion hedge fund.
