I am a Florida native with over 30 years experience in the Real Estate industry. Starting as an agent in the late 80s when mortgage interest rates were at an all time high, moving on to Managing Broker at a franchise company, and in 2003 opened American Dream Northeast Florida as Owner-Broker. Many changes have occurred in the industry during that time, and I embrace change - keeps it interesting.
My experience includes marketing and sales of metro area residential, rural and suburban residential, small and large farms, horse properties, lakefront and riverfront homes and land, acreage, investor and distressed properties, and commercial.
