Bio
Channing started her career with Fidelis as an analyst in 2020. She conducted research and worked on special projects for the retail leasing and development team. In 2022, Channing was promoted to Leasing Representative. In this role, she has her own portfolio of properties that she is responsible for and assists with leasing in several states including Texas, Ohio, and Indiana.
In 2020, Channing earned her BBA in Real Estate with a certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Georgia. Channing was raised in Houston and graduated from The Kinkaid School in 2016. She is a member of ICSC. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
