Chandler is an Associate at NAI Wisinski of West Michigan where he assists owners, healthcare, and retail users with their acquisition, disposition, and leasing needs. Chandler previously led the acquisition of healthcare real estate for Thomas Park, a private equity firm in Washington, D.C. During his tenure at Thomas Park, Chandler oversaw the acquisition of 21 medical outpatient properties comprising $230.0M in gross asset value.
During his tenure at Thomas Park, Chandler oversaw the acquisition of 21 medical outpatient properties comprising $230.0M in gross asset value. Chandler worked closely with the firm’s institutional joint venture partners to source, negotiate, and close on new real estate opportunities while simultaneously working with doctors and healthcare systems to optimize real estate outcomes. Prior to his work at Thomas Park, Chandler worked on asset management at Realterm, a private equity industrial real estate firm. Prior to Realterm, Chandler supported a high-producing investment sales team at Cushman & Wakefield.
Outside of work, Chandler enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, and beach volleyball. Chandler and his wife live in Eastown and love living within walking distance of restaurants, shops, parks, and entertainment.
