Chadwell is a Colorado Native with roots in the Sangre de Cristo Valley, which his family homesteaded, and the NorthFork Valley in Delta County, where his family operated outfitting businesses and a sawmill. His love of the outdoors started young and was intensified by each of his childhood experiences and now the ones he gets to share with his wife and son. He started his real estate career in Denver, specializing in apartment buildings and commercial investments, but eventually gravitated back to the wide open spaces of Western Colorado. He, his wife, Carissa, and son, Robert, now reside in the North Fork Valley of Colorado where they enjoy hunting and fishing and bountiful outdoor activities.
