He has been the industrial reporter for SIOR in West Michigan. Chad joined Grand Real Estate in 1997 as a Partner. Through mergers, the company has currently become NAI Wisinski of West Michigan, where Chad is currently an Industrial Specialist. Chad specializes in the purchase, sale and leasing of industrial properties, and assists clients in analyzing build to suit options and investment opportunities.
Chad is one of only 3% of Commercial Realtors to be a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Strict volume requirements, years in the business, and high ethical standards are required to be an SIOR.
