Vande Zande has 23 years of industrial real estate experience. The first 15 years were spent at The Boerke Company as an Real Estate Sales Person and Principal of the firm. In 2006, Chad accepted a position at CenterPoint as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. During his 9 years with CenterPoint, he acquired over $750 Million of industrial properties in Southeast Wisconsin, Los Angeles, CA, Northern California, Seattle, WA and Houston, TX.

Vande Zande graduated in 1989 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. While at Madison, Chad competed on the Wisconsin Badger Football team where he was a four-year letter winner.
