With over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Chad has brokered over 140 transactions in the last 5 years totaling over $40 million. Transactions include operating hotels, large industrial warehouses, regional mall, self-storage facilities, office buildings, retail buildings, party stores, gas stations, and adjusting condominium documentation to facilitate transactions. As Project Manager, Chad has written monthly court reports to provide updates on receivership projects as well as hands-on experience in taking over businesses and liquidating assets after Order Appointing Receiver was granted by court.
