Bio
Born in Atlanta and raised in Nashville, Chad launched his commercial real estate career the day after graduating from Vanderbilt University in 1998 with industrial and office leasing brokerage. After several years in corporate real estate in Atlanta, Chad received his MBA in Real Estate from the J. Mack Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University in 2005 and transitioned back to the Nashville market.
Urban Grout Commercial Real Estate was founded in 2011 to influence the trajectory of infill neighborhoods in Nashville, ultimately expanding to Chattanooga and Atlanta.
