As the Director of Property Management, Chad Boulay directs all operational, financial and strategic functions within Synergy’s property management division while leading a team of property managers, building engineers and support staff to deliver “best in class” property management services to our investment partners and tenants. Currently, the portfolio managed by Synergy Investments consists of approximately 30 properties and over 3.5 million square feet throughout Greater Boston.
Chad has over 15 years of diversified real estate industry experience managing approximately 40,000,000 square feet of real estate nationally during his career. Specializing in commercial property management, Chad has worked in all aspects of real estate including but not limited to: construction management, asset management and residential management.
Prior to joining Synergy, Chad served as the Director of Property Management for HallKeen Management where he directed all operational aspects of HallKeen’s 4,000,000+ square foot commercial portfolio. Chad also managed the company’s new business development, client retention activities and construction management services. Prior to joining HallKeen, he served as the Director of Property & Project Management at Equity Industrial Partners, a Property Manager at One Federal Street for Tishman Speyer and the Director of Operations for Wellesley Management.
Chad is currently a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Development Committee, NAIOP and BOMA. He is a supporter of several charitable organizations including Boston Children’s Hospital, The National Brain Tumor Society, Best Buddies & New England English Springer Spaniel Rescue. Chad received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Assumption College in Worcester, MA where he also played Varsity Football.
