Celine Arsac is an Associate of Commercial Industrial Properties specializing in leasing, development, acquisitions, dispositions, and investment sales. Since starting her career in commercial real estate in 2004 in New York City, she has completed more than $1 Billion in transactions ranging from the sale of a $400 million Hotel Portfolio in Gateway U.S. Markets to the management of the leasing of a 100-Property Retail/Office/NNN Lease portfolio and the Construction Financing of a 90,000 sf Class A Office Building in Long Island. Portfolio management initiatives included building relationships with national tenants, including Urban Outfitters and Victoria’s Secret. She is skilled at the sales and negotiations process, creating business relationships and prides herself on her strengths of professionalism and reliability. Prior to moving to Austin, Celine earned her Masters in Real Estate from New York University in 2008, specializing in Finance and Development. Currently she is an active member of the CCIM Central Texas Chapter. Born in Rhode Island, Celine graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, with a degree in Sociology and a Minor in French. In her free time, Celine enjoys spending time socializing in fun Austin neighborhoods.
