Fowden brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to her role, including her previous tenure with Cushman & Wakefield as part of the Office Capital Markets team. Prior to joining the investment sales team, she represented some of the nation’s largest property owners, including Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, KBS Realty Advisors and Trammell Crow Company, achieving over 800 closed transactions on more than 9 million square feet of office space across Dallas and Austin.
