Bio
Cecil began his career with Landstar Group in college, when he worked for the company as an office assistant. As he learned the industry, he soon realized that real estate was his professional calling. Since obtaining his real estate license in 2014, he still gets up every day excited to go to work and make sales happen for his clients.
Cecil takes his relationships with his clients seriously. Knowing that there are many real estate agents in the Flathead Valley, Cecil values the trust his clients show by choosing him and works tirelessly to help them achieve their real estate goals. Having assisted many different people with every kind of real estate contract over the years, Cecil uses his depth of experience to inform each new transaction and develop the best deal for his clients.
Cecil’s current focus is on commercial sales, investment properties, and portfolio building in real estate, including commercial development. He enjoys the challenge of putting a deal together, whether that means organizing a seller’s numbers into a clearer format to attract buyers or analyzing deals to make sure his clients are purchasing a property that will maintain a healthy income to debt ratio. Cecil expects to work with his clients for decades and often transitions with them from commercial to residential deals and back. His priority is on the people involved, not just the type of transaction.
Born and raised in the Flathead Valley, Cecil loves the natural beauty of the area, especially the abundant recreation opportunities in the mountains and on our many waterways. He feels that the valley occupies a true sweet spot: large enough to provide everything we need, but small enough that a true escape into the woods is only a 15-minute drive away. Cecil takes advantage of the proximity to the great outdoors no matter the season; his hobbies include biking, boating, hunting and snowboarding, often with the clients who have become lifelong friends.
