Ms. Vohs Cimino has been a retail specialist in the East Bay for more than three decades, concentrating on shopping center development and leasing, retail tenant representation and dispositions of surplus properties for major retailers and financial institutions. Geographically, her focus is on the East Bay and represents a variety of neighborhood, regional and power centers in Contra Costa, Alameda, Solano and Sonoma counties.
Ms. Vohs Cimino brokered Plaza Escuela, an approximately 164,000-square-foot regional shopping center in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek, the East Bay's premier retail hub, and is working on deals with Forever 21, The Cheesecake Factory, Ruth's Chris Steak House and Tilly's.
In addition, Ms. Vohs Cimino successfully marketed the Shops at Bishop Ranch in San Ramon, from its early planning stages in 1999 to its completion in 2016. She has continued to lease space at the Shops at Bishop Ranch and recently completed deals there with HomeGoods and Pottery Barn Kids.
Ms. Vohs Cimino has also successfully assisted retailers with their Northern California rollouts, including Borders Books & Music, Chipotle, Circuit City, Krispy Kreme, Walgreen’s and Wells Fargo. For the past 13 years, she has exclusively represented Ulta Beauty in the Bay Area with over two dozen locations.

Ms. Vohs Cimino received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
