Bio
As Senior Vice President of the Carolinas Multifamily Investment Sales Team, Caylor advises institutional to private capital clients on their apartment holdings across the Southeast. He is responsible for leading valuation and strategic analysis, marketing efforts, offer procurement and negotiation services across core, core-plus, value-add and opportunistic transactions.
Before joining NorthMarq, Mark worked for HFF/JLL for eight years, first in Atlanta with the Multifamily Investment Sales Team, where he transacted more than $1.8 billion across the Southeast and later relocating to his hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina, to serve on HFF’s Carolinas Multifamily Investment Sales Team. During his time at JLL, Mark arranged more than $3.6 billion in transactions.
Mark is a member of the Urban Land Institute and National Multihousing Council. He is also involved with philanthropic organizations A Better World, Habitat for Humanity, and the YMCA of Greater Charlotte.
