Cathy has consistently been recognized by the WSJ and Real Trends as one of the top 1% of agents in the US and they regularly rank her among the top ten brokers in NYC, for 2022 she was ranked the number two broker. For 2021 and 2020, Cathy was Corcoran’s East Side Sales Team of the Year, her sales exceeded $311,000,000 for 2021 and $200,000,000 for 2020. Their townhouse and their 1806 Georgian farm in the Hudson Valley have been featured in Forbes, Food & Wine, WSJ, and the NYT. The farm is also home of Hillrock Estate Distillery, producer of award-winning field-to-glass artisanal whiskey. Cathy is a graduate of Wellesley College.
