Raised in the Texas Panhandle, Cathy Derr is a seasoned veteran in the commercial real estate business. Cathy is the Apartment and Office Specialist for Gaut • Whittenburg • Emerson Commercial Real Estate, and has 25 years of commercial real estate experience.
Cathy has brokered 33+ apartments in the past seven years. She has sold approximately 3200 apartment units, representing both buyers and sellers, for a gross sale volume of over $150 million.
She is on the Amarillo West Rotary Club's Board of Directors; serving as Secretary, serves as a volunteer with the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce and was an on-line real estate finance instructor for Amarillo College. Plus, she was honored with the Amarillo Women's Network Career Achievement Award 2007.
