Catherine joined Marcus and Millichap leaving Avison Young where she served as Vice President, Corporate Sales. Cat has served the brokerage community for over 25 years and through her Brokerage affiliation has been a member of ICSC, RBN, and the TCN International Network. She is committed to excellence in property analysis, comprehensive marketing programs and highly responsive client services. By leveraging longstanding relationships with Franchise development officers, Hotel brands such as Marriot, Hilton, Wydham and Hyatt, owners, investors and real estate professionals, she offers sellers unparalleled access to a nationwide pool of qualified buyers. As a strategist, she’s been successful in establishing client relationships addressing long-term business and investment goals. Catherine has negotiated the sale of more than $480,000,000 in commercial real estate including Hotels, Commercial Buildings and Multi-family assets. Some transactions include the sale of the Boardwalk Inn and Suites, Daytona Beach, Fairfield Inn and Suites, VA, Holiday Inn at Sunset and 405 freeway in Bel-Air, CA , Barrington Court on Sunset, Granada Hills Town Center- presale, Rodney Court Hotel Apartments, St. Augustine Beach Hotel, (listing), Best Western Hotel Palm Coast, (Listing), and various others in Los Angeles, Florida and nationwide.
Previously, as Director of Acquisitions for one of the largest low income housing developers in the US Catherine actively acquired 12,000 units nationwide. As Director of Business Development for a privately held company formed in 2004 to fund the capital requirements and facilitate the operational real estate strategies/initiatives of middle market sub-investment grade high-yield and emerging growth companies, Catherine's expertise focused on Sourcing of healthcare facilities for acquisition and lease-back.
