Bio
Cassandra joined MJ Peterson in 2022. She has been a licensed agent since 2012, selling part-time while working full-time as a rental agent for a local development company leasing high-end apartments and condos. In 2013, she assisted newly signed Quarterback EJ Manuel in finding a condo in Buffalo and filmed HGTV’s show Scoring the Deal. Cassandra went full-time as a Realtor in 2016, and within a short time made Business First’s Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate as well as hired and trained a handful of new agents at her former brokerage.
Cassandra is experienced in working with first-time home buyers, seasoned investors, relocations, buyers looking to upgrade or downsize, and sellers. Cassandra understands that every transaction is different and gives special attention to the needs of every unique client. In her downtime, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and organizing events for several non-profits she is involved in.
