Case has served CBRE, Inc. since 2013 focusing on industrial properties in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. Together with his team he advises on all types of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, development, sale leasebacks, leasing, and lease renewals.
Case works with both industrial occupiers and property owners to properly serve their real estate and logistic needs and to accomplish their goals.
