Cary has been in the real estate industry for over 21 years. He started out in the lending side of the business and was a top real estate lender. Cary was a sales manager and trainer in the lending industry and trained over 400 individuals while maintaining record setting personal production.
In 2007 Cary started working more on the real estate broker side of his business as the mortgage industry came to a screeching halt. He started doing bank valuations and inspections, and listing properties for sale for banks. Since then, he has completed over 6,000 paid valuations (these are not appraisals as an appraiser would be quick to tell you) and sold multiple properties for the banking industry. This gives Cary a solid grounding in what the current value in the local market is, and what the current trends are. He still maintains bank owned property contracts
With government intervention in the foreclosure process, the bank property listing side of things was tough. Cary went back to school in the real estate industry and learned the new top marketing techniques to sell houses for individuals and the top ways to provide the best service to buyers. He worked personally with some of the top people in the real estate industry, including being personally coached by one of the featured agents in the book “Billionaire Real Estate Agent.”
Currently he works with multiple banks valuating and listing properties for sale. Cary works with Attorneys, Trustees, and Executors for specialized Real Estate sales services for Probates, Estates, and Heirs.
Sellers: He works with home sellers on selling their homes at a price for today’s market. He can help even if the property is a “short sale” to the bank.
Buyers: Cary works with buyers to help them identify the house they want, negotiate on price, and help navigate the hurdles and landmines in the home buying process.
