A dedicated and skilled professional, Caron Schwartz has more than 30 years of experience in luxury real estate. Her personal touch, hard work, integrity, and business skills ensure a successful transaction for both buyers and sellers.
Caron has a passion for real estate, architecture, and design, and has invested in, remodeled, leased, purchased and sold many properties. She also is experienced in property management, relocation work, and staging. This adds value to her client relationships, providing a creative, knowledgeable perspective when it comes to assessing a property, determining its potential and creating value. Her understanding of client needs, combined with excellent negotiating skills ensure thoughtful representation throughout the transaction.

A licensed broker, Caron is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and fully understands the unique challenges facing seniors when they sell their homes and transition into a new lifestyle. Prior to embarking upon her real estate career, she worked for years on architectural projects, built a successful fashion design and manufacturing company, and had a retail store.
