After a move to England, Carolyn Trotta has returned to Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development, picking up again as a Broker & Associate. Carolyn received her salesman’s license in 2005 and her broker’s license in 2010, and first worked at Lyman from 2006 to 2010, before moving to England because of her husband’s job. During the sojourn, she says, “I maintained my Broker’s license throughout, knowing I would one day return to Lyman,” where she is “excited to be back working in the industry.”
The focus for Carolyn is northeastern Connecticut, aka the Quiet Corner, where she grew up, spent her undergraduate college years and now resides. Her knowledge and experience in the region is highly valued by commercial buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, to whom she brings Lyman’s full range of commercial brokerage and development services. She is especially enthusiastic about helping clients take advantage of the Opportunity Zones in Storrs/Mansfield and Putnam.
Carolyn holds a B.S. in Finance from the UConn School of Business and an M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University. A resident of Ashford, she and her husband have two children and a dog named Jack.
