Caroline Shaddock grew up around the real estate industry and because of that exposure, possesses an innate entrepreneurial spirit, and personally demonstrates the family-business culture for which Shaddock Companies people are well-known. Caroline is currently living in the Dallas area near her family. Caroline was born and raised in Plano where she participated in dance and soccer and was a member of the National Honors Society and National Charity League. She graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Financial Applications and a Minor in Psychology. At SMU she participated in Theta Sorority and CASA. After college, Caroline worked at Willow Bend Mortgage, Shaddock Homes Design Center, and Shaddock Development. What Caroline values: building relationships, her current role in the company, volunteering in the community, organizing support efforts, and collecting donations for local needs.
