Bio
As a Senior Property Manager, Caroline works directly with owners to ensure their goals
are exceeded and tenant relations are upheld to a high standard. She performs CAM/NNN
reconciliations, prepares and executes leases and acts as a liaison between the owner and the
tenant.
Caroline has worked in the real estate industry since 2002. Caroline brings over 20 years of
experience in the leasing and property management of commercial assets tracing back to her early days in her career working for a Portland multi-family management company. She has
extensive experience managing the day-to-day operations of multi-city portfolios with multiple
property types, including hospitality, office and retail.
In 2013, she moved to Scottsdale, Arizona to open, staff and manage the corporate office for a
commercial property management and development company based out of Beaverton, Oregon.
She continued to manage the commercial properties in the Northwest during this time. After
12 years with the company, Caroline and her husband moved back to Oregon to enjoy the
quality of life Central Oregon has to offer.
