Ms. Ligotti is the President and Co-Founder of Boston City Group, Inc an advisory group formed in 2005 to assist developers and investors in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and investment properties both on and off market in Downtown Boston and on a National basis. She is known for her strong negotiation skills, and making her clients’ interests top priority. Her high market and product knowledge levels, personable communication style and integrity have made Caroline highly sought after.
Ms. Ligotti’s passion for real estate development and investment have contributed to her success and she has actively consulted on pre-construction development projects valued in the hundreds of millions in aggregate, and has participated in major residential and commercial transactions in Boston and its suburbs. She recently advised a large private equity firm based in NY and Hong Kong, acclimating them to the nuances of Boston’s Downtown market relative to a 54 unit new construction condominium development in which they were the lead equity investor. She provided them valuable guidance regarding the most profitable unit mix, pricing and the most advantageous roll-out strategy, and was engaged by the firm and their developer as one of the project’s exclusive sales brokers.
A major component of Caroline’s business is connecting her Investor and Developer clients with off market commercial investment opportunities as well as development sites and she has a trusted name in the Industry.
