Carolina Suarez is a Senior Associate with ORIGIN Realty Advisors with a primary focus on representing the best-in-class Lifestyle, Hospitality and Food & Beverage brands in the country.
She started her career in real estate in 2013 as a paralegal in New York City and subsequently joined Barteca Restaurant Group to work closely with Chairman & Co-Founder, Andy Pforzheimer, on the overall real estate growth and execution of the group’s two concepts, Barcelona Wine Bar and Bartaco. Barteca was sold to DFRG, Inc. in 2018 for $325M and later to L Catterton.
Ms. Suarez joined CBRE, Inc. in 2019 and since, has worked alongside Jessica Curtis, in representing many of the clients ORIGIN still works with today, including Mecha Noodle Bar, Bartaco, Barcelona Wine Bar, Corsica, Frontburner Society, Lessing’s Hospitality and more.
Carolina understands the importance of national market trends in development strategy-not only in determining sustainability, but also in the complexities of lease negotiation and cost evaluation. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
