Carol Skubic, a Colorado commercial real estate broker, has 30 years of experience dealing with real estate transactions in office space, retail space, multi-family properties, industrial properties and land development. Previously, she had a successful banking career spanning 30 years including positions of commercial relationship manager and bank president. Carol has resided the Grand Valley for the past 15 years and also works hard for her communities’ success having served on the boards of the Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce, the Grand Junction Economic Development Board including as its Chair among many other boards. She currently serves on the Mind Springs Health Board of Directors as its past Chair and current Treasurer. She is also on the board of the Las Colonias Development Board overseeing the development of Grand Junction’s newest business park.
