Carol Curtis is an Associate Broker in North Idaho. She was born in NYC and raised in New Jersey near the Jersey Shore. She attended college at Lafayette, and later moved to Maryland. Carol has owned property in North Idaho since 1991, and moved there with her husband from Seattle in 1995. They are raising their family there and enjoy skiing at Schweitzer, boating on Lake Pend Oreille and recreating in their small beautiful town of Sandpoint. Carol thinks this is a terrific place to raise a family or start a business.
Carol’s business background, which includes being the IT director of their local county government, a business owner of a computer consulting company, and previously a contracts manager for both the federal government and a large software company, provides her with a good footing to help you get the best deal possible.
