Carmen Bean epitomizes integrity, energy, challenging work, and creative service in every detail of real estate transactions. Carmen grew up in Germany where she was trained in the sales and customer service. Carmen met and married her husband of 25 years, Matthew Bean, while he was stationed with the military in Germany. They moved to Texas in 2009 and settled in Floresville along with their young son, Jagger.
Beginning her real estate career with Century 21 upon moving to Texas, Carmen’s work ethic and attention to client’s needs helped her rise to become the top agent in her office and soon to follow she became the #1 Century 21 agent in the San Antonio/South Texas region. The Century 21 President’s award is given to only the highest producing agents that have not only achieved great volume in sales but received Quality Service Survey Scores of 98% or higher. Carmen Bean earned this prestigious award in 2013 and 2014.
