Carly is a Marketing Assistant specializing in industrial real estate working under Toby Tewell and Jeff Ruscigno, SIOR in the Lee & Associates Riverside office, which serves Southern California’s “Inland Empire”. Carly brings a robust background in sales, marketing and customer service and is an integral piece in the day-to-day operations of her team. Carly started working for Lee & Associates in 2012 as a Listing Coordinator. Her diverse experience and strong interpersonal skills make her a tenacious advocate for property owners and tenants.
As a part of her duties, Carly maintains an extensive tenant/user database, creates and implements all outbound direct mail and e-mail campaigns, facilitates client requests, and ensures that all marketing updates are sent to clients on a regular basis.
Carly obtained her California Real Estate license on January 8, 2015 (DRE #01968295). Carly specializes in strategic marketing of commercial industrial properties to potential Tenants and Buyers, as well as assisting with listing assignments and maintain owner and investor databases.
