Throughout his 18-year-career in Real Estate, Carlos has completed hundreds of real estate transactions worth millions of dollars. His vast range of experience extends throughout the commercial and residential sectors, and includes development, project management, construction, brokerage, leasing, marketing, facility management, and architecture.
Carlos earned a professional graduate degree in Law, Jurist Doctor,. After immigrating to the United States, he was inspired to venture into the Real Estate industry because of his own struggles while purchasing a home. He has spent the past two decades honing his negotiating instincts and problem-solving skills during a multifaceted career focused on Real Estate. He is member of NAR, NVAR and MAR.
He is currently involved with International Green Homes (IGH), a company that focuses on the development of energy-efficient, environmentally sustainable home designs with an emphasis on value, technology and lifestyle.
Carlos was one of the founders of Global GMAC Real Estate, a firm that specializes in owner representation and project management agreements. The firm provides planning, design, entitlement, bidding, construction and move-in and closeout services for commercial, residential/retail development, lenders, and building owners.
