CRES owner and broker of record, he is a licensed commercial real estate broker who possesses the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He specializes in commercial, office, hospitality, retail, land and investment real estate and marketing with clients ranging from individual investors to Fortune 500 companies. A South Florida resident for most of his life, he has a unique understanding of the dynamics of the local market.
He has diverse experience, including more than 25 years experience in sales and marketing with a Fortune 500 company, where he worked his way up from junior management to the position of Senior Territory Manager. His experience in running a successful family-owned small business for 11-years taught him the skills he would use often when selling, leasing, and prospecting commercial and investment real estate opportunities for his clients along Florida’s Gold Coast and into Lee and Collier counties.
