Carleton’s wife Laurie and him are lifelong residents of the Midcoast Region and reside in Waldoboro. He has been involved in the community, having served for many years as a volunteer firefighter and four terms on the Select Board. His hobbies include British sports cars and exploring the many islands that abound in this region in his Boston Whaler.
