Carla began her real estate career in 2003, previously working in banking for close to a decade. She started at Torode Realty (Edmonton) which became Colliers Macauley Nicolls, teamed up with the president, and within 4 years continued on her own as a Senior Associate with Colliers specializing in the industrial market, throughout the Greater Edmonton region. She continues to advance her knowledge and expertise in the commercial arena, expanding her clientele in the retail, office and multifamily land sectors as the opportunities arise.
Carla successfully assisted in developing and selling 1,400 acres of land, industrial buildings of over quarter million square feet and focusing on tenant representation leased over $1 million square feet of industrial warehouses, jointly transacting over $175 million in commercial real estate.
Seeking a change and challenge Carla moved to CN Rail in 2014 taking on the management role of real estate and business development, completing commercial real estate deals throughout Western Canada, including the development management of 3 rail construction projects in Alberta that generated over $35 million in revenue for CN.
Wanting to return to commercial real estate brokerage, we are delighted Carla has joined RE/MAX Commercial Capital to utilize her 14 years of experience in both the private and public sectors to work on behalf of her clients.

Community Involvement
Carla is an active charity and community supporter with the Edmonton Region. She founded the Edmonton CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) to build a network in real estate for women. CREW is now 100 strong and Carla participates in Past President’s circle for special projects. Carla is also a member of the Victoria & Riverside Golf Courses and former President of the Victoria ladies league. She enjoys participating in MS Bike Rides, Tour for Kids Cancer and Conquer Cancer rides and actively donates to the Edmonton Humane Society.
