Carl Schirtzinger is President of Zinger Property Group. Mr. Schirtzinger started in Multifamily real estate in the mid 1990’s, His experience has grown from owning and managing small properties in the western Chicago suburbs into a mid-sized company that has owned and managed over 4,000 units with up to 50 employees in multiple states. Using his engineering background as the catalyst, Mr. Schirtzinger has put in place a professional team that uses state-of-the-art technology to manage and monitor every aspect of Zinger’s business. Carl has also worked with industry leading technology providers to design and pilot new systems and technologies specific to the multifamily industry. Carl received his engineering education from Phoenix College and Illinois Institute of Technology.
