With over two decades of experience, Carl has established himself as a strategic executive with expertise in project management, entitlement, permitting, and contract negotiation. In his current role, he oversees land acquisition and development efforts in Colorado, ensuring the successful execution of projects aligning with Century Communities’ growth and operational excellence goals. Before becoming Division President, Carl held the role of Mountain Area VP of Land, where he was instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint in high-demand markets across Colorado.
In addition to his work at Century Communities, Carl is a Partner at Oread Capital and Development, where he has spent over a decade advising on land development and investment opportunities. His extensive background includes senior roles at companies like Pulte Homes, where he led land entitlement and development projects, and his experience as an engineer and project manager in telecommunications and infrastructure projects.
