Carl Gersbach, Senior Vice President, provides real estate services and consulting to corporations and public sector clients throughout North America.
After graduation from college, Carl joined the NFL where he played for 7 seasons. Upon his retirement in 1977, he entered the Residential Real Estate Sales Business working in the Pennsylvania suburbs. In 1981, he was hired by the Jackson Cross Company to head up the development of a residential division selling condominiums and townhouses in Center City, Philadelphia.
After the successful development of that division, Carl joined the Office Leasing Department of the Jackson Cross Company in 1983 and operated as a landlord representative for approximately 10 years. During that period, he represented some of the largest Pennsylvania suburban office projects.
In 1993, Carl turned his focus to the pursuit of corporate and multi-market business. He continues that focus today.
