Candy’s journey at JLL initially began as a receptionist in a brokerage support role. Since then, she has grown her role and responsibilities and seen many facets of the industry, ranging from Brokerage Assistant to Facilities Coordinator, and is now transitioning to being a part of the brokerage team. Her diverse experiences and background help her to relate to a variety of stakeholders in the real estate decision process.
Candy is responsible for being the single point of contact for clients both on the landlord and tenant representation side. On the landlord side, Candy assists on marketing campaigns for new assignments, canvassing outreach, space tours, competitive research, drafting proposals, and reporting through View The Space. She has coordinated multi-market transactions for corporate tenants, giving her insight into the tenant’s perspective.
Candy and her team have represented Class A/Redevelopment projects with clients such as Onyx Equities, Mack Cali and Edison Properties.
The team has represented the following tenants: ICF, Marsh & McLennan, Windstream Holdings Inc. and WWP Beauty.
