Candice Chevaillier has been selling commercial real estate investment property in the Seattle market for nearly 20 years. She joined Lee & Associates as a Principal to spearhead the growth of their Multifamily practice and has built a stellar team of investment brokers on her direct team. Prior to joining Lee, she was a top broker for various other national and local brokerage firms. Her commercial investment real estate sales total over $284M, to include 1,304 units across 136 buildings. Her reputation in the marketplace is sterling for her work ethic, industry leadership, and ability to create win/wins for clients on both sides of the negotiating table.
In 2023, Candice was awarded the Lee & Associates Circle of Excellence 2023 for Multifamily and the Globe Street 2023 Real Estate Forum Women of Influence in Investment Sales awards. Candice has served on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Broker’s Association (CBA) and the Rental Housing Association (RHA) and is active in the local Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute and the Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) network. Before her shift to Commercial Real Estate, Candice earned her Master’s degree in Global Marketing Communications and Advertising, and worked management consulting for Andersen Consulting, Accenture, and Avanade. She has a passion for travel and adventure with her husband and two young sons, and an intense work hard / play hard attitude.
Candice is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBE) and served on the board from 2016-2021; the Rental Housing Association (RHA) and served as a board member in 2007-2010 and 2016-2021; Northwest Multiple Listing Services (NWMLS), and an active member of the Downtown Seattle Association.
