Bio
With 10+ years of capital markets experience, Campbell Black is primarily responsible for originating and executing investment sales transactions throughout the United States with a focus on net lease and sale leaseback transactions. He is a member of the Corporate Finance Group, a practice within Stan Johnson Company that focuses primarily on sponsor/operator owned net lease real estate. Throughout the course of his career, Black has executed approx. $1.8 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Black was the dedicated Sr. Analyst for HFF’s Single Tenant Investment Sales platform. He began his career as an equity options trader for proprietary funds in both Chicago, IL and New York, NY. Black holds a B.A. from Northwestern University.
